At Dermatology Specialists, we want to help you look and feel your best.  Our physicians are happy to help address your cosmetic concerns.  Schedule a cosmetic consultation to discuss any of our available treatments in detail.  We currently offer many treatments in the office, including the following:

Neurotoxins

Products like BOTOX and XEOMIN are very popular.  With just a few quick injections into the targeted area, these medications soften expression lines like frown lines and crows feet.  They relax the muscles of facial expression temporarily.  The cost is based on the number of units used during the treatment session.

Injectable Fillers

Our office also carries several injectable filler products, including JUVEDERM, JUVEDERM ULTRA PLUS, RADIESSE, and BELOTERO.

These products are injected under the surface of the skin to correct areas of volume loss or to augment areas where more volume is desired.  Our physicians will help determine which product is best for you based on considerations like the location of the treatment area, how much volume is needed, and how long the effects of the treatment will last.  All of these products are temporary.  The cost is based on the number of syringes used during the treatment.

Chemical Peels

Our physicians can perform superficial and medium depth chemical peels in the office setting.  A chemical peel can be tailored to address various concerns.  Common reasons a patient might consider a chemical peel include acne, brown spots, and improvement in skin color and texture.  Strict sun protection is required after a chemical peel, so many patients schedule these treatments when they can avoid the sun.  Schedule a consultation to discuss whether you would be a candidate for a chemical peel.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a non-surgical, outpatient procedure designed to diminish the appearance of spider veins – often in the legs.   This is typically a 30 minute session, where a solution is injected into the visible vessels using a tiny needle.  This is a cosmetic treatment and not covered by medical insurance.
